Rosyvid – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on Rosyvid, operated by Rosyvid Oy, Finland.

Rosyvid is the seller of record for all purchases. All refund decisions are made by Rosyvid.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if both of the following conditions are met:

  • Your purchase was made within the last 7 days
  • You have watched less than 20% of the collection's content

Both conditions must be satisfied for a refund to be eligible.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@rosyvid.com with your purchase reference (found in your receipt email or on your library page).

We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

What Happens When a Refund Is Issued

  • The full purchase amount is refunded to the original payment method
  • Access to the associated content is revoked immediately
  • The refund is reflected in the Creator's earnings

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and your bank.

Exceptions

Rosyvid may, at its discretion, issue refunds outside the standard eligibility criteria in exceptional circumstances (for example, if content becomes permanently unavailable due to a platform issue).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • More than 20% of the collection's content has been watched
  • Access was granted through a free invite (comp), not a purchase

Finality

Refund decisions made by Rosyvid are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Chargebacks

We encourage Buyers to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Chargebacks may result in suspension of access while the dispute is resolved.
